Open Events for Admission to Year 7 in 2024

Welcome to the Canterbury Academy Open Events 2023. We have provided some relevant information below to enable you to visit our school, should you wish to. Please read through all of the information carefully before booking an event. We look forward to welcoming you and your son/daughter to one of our events. Booking an event:

Each ticket that you book allows you a maximum of four persons. Please do not feel that you have to use all four places. Booking can only be done via the Eventbrite booking site and will be done on a first come, first served basis. The details for the booking website are below. All of our presentations will have a British Sign Language interpreter and our campus is DDA compliant. If you would like to discuss access arrangements, or require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Fiona Rich on events23@canterbury.kent.sch.uk   

The dates and times of our events are;

Open Evening – Thursday, 12th October – A presentation from Mr Watson, followed by a tour at: 5.00pm, 6.00pm or 7.00pm.

Open Saturday, 14th October – A presentation from Mr Watson, followed by optional activities from one of our four pillars; Academic, Practical Learning, Performing Arts and Sport, and a tour at: 9.30am or 10.30am.

Open Morning – Tuesday, 17th October – A tour at 9am followed by a presentation on admissions from Mr Watson at 10am. Or, a tour only at 9am.

Open Morning – Wednesday, 18th October – A tour at 9am followed by a presentation on admissions from Mr Watson at 10am. Or, a tour only at 9am.

Open Morning – Thursday, 19th October – A tour at 9am followed by a presentation on admissions from Mr Watson at 10am. Or, a tour only at 9am.

Open Morning – Friday, 20th October – A tour at 9am followed by a presentation on admissions from Mr Watson at 10am. Or, a tour only at 9am
