The government has reiterated its wish to involve all secondary-aged school students in Rapid Lateral Flow Testing before their return to the classroom. In order to facilitate this testing on site, the start of term, beginning Wednesday, 1st September, will be staggered for all year groups.
Testing
Testing for all those students who wish to take part will take place from Wednesday 1 September to Friday 3 September.
Year 7 and Year 12 Return to School
After the initial testing period, our new Year 7 should attend for an induction day on Friday, 3rd September at 8:45am.
Year 12 students should attend their induction on Friday, 3rd September in the lecture theatre, at the time they chose during enrolment (on the coloured slips of paper)
Years 8-11 and Year 13 Return to School
Years 8-11 and 13 will return to school on Monday, 6th September at 8:45am. Our students will receive their timetable and supporting resources on their first day, as well as having the opportunity to spend time with their mentor receiving updates, before attending their first lessons of the academic year.
