How to log in to WisePay and make an online payment
Simply visit the WisePay page for your child’s school and enter your Username and Password to log into your account.
Usernames and Passwords will be emailed out at the beginning of Term 1. If you do not have this information, please Contact Us
How can I download the WisePay app?
The App is available to download free of charge from your App store. You will require our unique ‘Organisation Code’ to activate the App on your mobile; The Canterbury Academy organisation code is 38717193.
Please note, if you have a second log in for your child’s accounts they will be able to use the App in exactly the same way but they are unable to store a credit/debit card on the account.
Can I change my password?
We strongly recommend changing your password the first time you log in. To do this, once logged in, please go to ‘Change Password’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please be aware your email address becomes your Username when you change your password.
What can I do when logged into my ‘Wise Account’?
Once in your ‘Wise Account’ you can make payments online for both Academy meals and Food Technology payments. You can also view your payment history by clicking on ‘my Wise Account’ tab at the top of the page.
What if I have more than one student at the Academy?
If you have more than one child at the Academy, you will receive a Username and a Password for each child. You can either choose to keep each account separate or to merge multiple accounts. To do this, go to your Wise Account and go in to ‘Merge an Account’. Please follow the on-screen instructions.
My child has free school meals, how will this work?
If your child has free school meals (FSM) their balance will be allocated to their account each day.
